At KL Mechanics, 3D measurement and coordinate measurement is performed in a measurement room customized for precise measurement.

Coordinate measurement is performed in a measurement room customized for precise measurement, where the key machine is a tactile Mitutoyo CMM measurement machine. The machine’s maximum tolerance is 0.1 micrometers, and it includes a turning measurement tip, the smallest tip being 0.3 mm. The room’s temperature is controlled.

We measure products and parts manufactured by third parties, and use 3D measurement also for quality assurance in our own production, for example, for measuring the first pieces of plastic product moulds and series.
