Delivering accurate, high-strength prints ideal for prototypes and zero-series production. Our 3D prints can also be used to produce tools, fixtures, and production aids like grippers, ensuring quick iteration and optimized tooling.
Vacuum Casting
Perfect for small-scale series, first prototypes, and parts ranging from tens to a few hundred units. Parts produced via vacuum casting closely resemble injection-molded components in appearance and properties. We use a variety of polyurethane materials from soft, rubber-like to hard, impact-resistant Shore A 30-90 facilitating fast turnaround times and low tooling costs.
Injection Molding
Ideal for medium to large series production, with part weights from a few grams up to 500 grams, roughly the size of a coin to an A4 sheet. We work with a wide range of materials including ABS, PE, PA, and fiber-reinforced PA. Our comprehensive process covers mold design, manufacturing, trial runs, and full-scale production.
